Thomas M. Hutto
ATTORNEY
Mr. Hutto graduated with a B.S. in Geology from Sewanee: The University of the South in 1998 and received his law degree from the Nashville School of Law in 2012. Joining the firm as an associate in 2013, Mr. Hutto enjoys working with small businesses, sole proprietorships, and nonprofits from their inception. In addition to assisting his business clients, he also enjoys working with clients on estate planning and handling diverse real estate matters. Thomas also currently serves as the attorney for the City of Lewisburg, TN.
Thomas focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate transactions, and business formation throughout Maury County and the surrounding counties. He also serves as the City Attorney for Lewisburg, Tennessee, and oversees the firm's title company, Maury County Title. His integrated knowledge of real estate law, title work, and estate planning allows him to guide clients through complex situations that cross practice area boundaries — from preparing an estate plan that accounts for family real property, to resolving title defects discovered during a closing, to administering an estate that includes a family business.
In his free time, Thomas enjoys reading, aspiring to play tennis, and spending time with his family. Thomas, his wife, Amy, and their sons, Carson and Elliott, reside in Columbia, TN.

Jessie Ring
PARALEGAL
Jessie began her legal career with Clark and Washington in Nashville, TN, in 2016, after receiving her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Nashville State Community College. She joined Dale, Hutto & Lyle, PLLC, in 2020.
In addition to paralegal duties, Jessie also communicates with firm clients to ensure their needs are met in a caring and efficient manner, and she is the first face you see when you come into our office.
Jessie and her husband Matthew live in Columbia, TN, with their cat named Toby. When she’s not at work, she enjoys video games, good food, and reading all kinds of books.
